Diplômée du DESS commerce international de Panthéon Sorbonne, Isabelle débute sa carrière dans le controlling bancaire à Francfort avant d'exercer au sein de cabinets de chasse parisiens. Forte de plus de quinze années d'expérience aux fonctions de chargée de recherche internationale puis consultante en recrutement, elle crée Altéa en 2011.

A professionnal with over fifteen years experience, Isabelle began her career in the banking sector in Francfort. She later joined parisian consultancies as global senior researcher before becoming recruitment consultant. She has founded Altea in 2011 and has completed many assignments in various sectors. A graduate of the Sorbonne, Isabelle is fluent in English and German.
